1 Night in Dove Cottage. Use the Cottage for photo's and preparation then spend your wedding night. Enjoy an 11:00 am check out the following day.

The property for up to 8 hours between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM for your wedding ceremony and reception.

All your tables, chairs and linens are set up at your chosen spot. We take the utmost care in placing the fresh flower centerpieces and votive candles on each guest table.

Here's a break down of what's included in this package;

• One night at Dove Cottage



• Dove Cottage for bride and bridesmaids dressing



• Property w/ 1500sq/ft solar lit pavilion bathrooms and change rooms



• An Officiant



• 3 Tiered wedding cake of your choice. Several designs and flavors for you to choose from



• Buffet meal or Heavy Appetizers at reception for up to 100 guests.



• Tables, Chairs and Linens



• Fresh flower centerpieces w/ votive candles



• Set up and take down



• Based on 100 guests $6891.00 plus tax 39.00 per person plus tax for additional people.

Clean-Up:
House and event site will be cleaned by Stay Down On The Farm/PineHalls staff. A $250 refundable damage deposit will be charged.
