Your dream day starts on Friday as you arrive anytime after 3:00 pm. You have the property and both bed and breakfast homes until 11:00 am Sunday. Our lovely homes offer a country charm that's hard to beat! Fully furnished with room for up to 7 guests in each.

We take care of all the planning starting with your ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner for up to 25 guests, so once you've unpacked and settled in we can start the wedding weekend!

Your rehearsal starts at 5:00 and dinner is served at 6:00. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy however you wish!

Saturday morning as set up begins for your big day, you have the freedom to do as you like. We take care of all the details!

All your tables, chairs and linens are set up at your chosen spot. We take the utmost care in placing the fresh flower centerpieces and votive candles on each guest table. At your chosen time the officiate will begin your ceremony.

Your menu of choice for up to 100 guests is served at the reception along with a beautiful 3 tiered wedding cake. We have many designs and flavors for you to choose from. At the close of the reception you can retreat to the cozy home of your choice, and relive the day's magical events. Don't worry about getting up to early in the morning; you have until 11:00 am to check out.

This package is based on 100 guests $10605.00 plus tax for each additional wedding guest please add 39.00 pp plus tax.

Clean-Up:
Houses and event site will be cleaned by Stay Down On The Farm staff. A $250 refundable damage deposit will be charged.
