The property with pavilion and change facilities for up to 8 Hours between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM on your wedding day. All your tables, chairs and linens are set up at your chosen spot.

Here's a break down of what's included in this package;

• 100 guests



• Property w/ 1500sq/ft solar lit pavilion, bathrooms and change rooms



• Buffet meal or appetizer menu of choice dropped off and set up, self serve



• Tables, Chairs and Linens



• Dove Cottage for bride and bridesmaids dressing



• Set up and take down



• Based on 100 guests $4330.00 plus tax additional guests 34.00 pp plus tax

Clean-Up:
You are responsible for cleaning the site or it can cleaned by Stay Down On The Farm staff for $150 per hour (minimum 1 hour). A $250 refundable cleaning/damage deposit will be charged.
